CONTEST RULES

ONLY OUR DUBL™ APP CUSTOMERS WHO FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM (@DUBL_APP) ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
This Contest, judged by DUBL Development, LLC, is to find the best and most creative uses of our DUBL™ app in the U.S. We reserve all rights, in our sole and exclusive judgment, to choose winners. You may enter photos or video taken using our DUBL™ app. Please read all rules below before making any submission. Entries not in compliance with our rules will be void.
Timing
This Contest begins at 10 a.m. (MST) October 21, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (MST) on January 21, 2020 when all entries must be received.
Prerequisites
To enter our Contest, (a) you must be a legal resident of the U.S.A., over eighteen (18) years old; (b) you must have downloaded our DUBL™ app; (c) you must follow us on Instagram @DUBL_app(https://www.Instagram.com/DUBL_app); (c) you must submit your entry from the DUBL™ app using the hash tag “#DUBL_app”; and (d) you must have the permission of all individuals appearing in your Contest entry to use their likeness(es) and the right to grant that same permission to us to use their likeness(es) for any and all purposes. Our employees, members, and their immediate families and households are not eligible to participate or win.
Ownership of Entries/Liability
All entries become our property and will not be acknowledged or returned. You accept all liability, and indemnify DUBL Development, LLC from any liability, including attorneys’ fees and costs, for any Claim related to our use of the entry made by or on behalf of any third party, including any individual appearing in your entry, whatsoever.
Single Entry
Only one entry per person is permitted during the entire Contest period. Any attempt to register multiple times will result in disqualification. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including, but not limited to, entries lost or destroyed in transmission, will not be eligible. We reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of our website, social media account(s), or otherwise in violation of our rules. We 1 further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, refusal of the prize by the winner and an alternately selected winner, or technical failures of any sort.
How to Enter
To enter this Contest, your computer must accept Cookies which may be used by us or our social media Business Partners for the purpose of tracking entries into this Contest. To enter the Contest, access our Instagram account located at https://www.Instagram.com/DUBL_app. Complete the submission by uploading your entry using the hashtag “#DUBL_app”. By uploading a submission you incur no obligations other than your agreement (a) to be bound by these Contest Rules, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and (b) to receive emails or printed correspondence from us. You may opt-out of the receipt of our email communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in each email you receive. MAIL-IN OR EMAILED ENTRIES ARE VOID.
Winner Selection
We will award three (3) prizes in the amount of $500 USD each. One winner will be selected each month during the Contest from the entries received during October 21 through November 21, 2019; November 22 through December 22, 2019; and December 23, 2019, through January 21, 20202. If we have fewer than 50 entries in a given week during the Contest period, no winner will be selected that week. Entries are judged by our managers, Brad Cooke and Jeff Scaman. The judges’ determination will be made in their sole and exclusive discretion based upon their opinion of the most creative use of the DUBL™ app and which submission(s) best represent(s) the app’s capabilities. Winners will be notified by posts on our Instagram page (with a hashtag using the winner’s Instagram user name) within fifteen (15) days of the end of the Contest (by February 5, 2020) and winners will be identified on our website (using their Instagram user names). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 days of our communication, an alternate winner may be selected. Each winner will not be required to pay any additional fees for the prize. Our decision on Contest winners is final.
The Winner
Is responsible for all related income and other taxes, if any.
This Contest is subject to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
It is void outside the U.S.A. and/or where prohibited.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions will be made for the prize.
Release of Liability
By participating, you release DUBL Development, LLC, its respective members, officers, directors, affiliates, employees, independent contractors, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in 2 the Contest, use of DUBL™ products or services, or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner grants DUBL Development, LLC and its Business Partners permission to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner specifically acknowledges any and all rights to his/her appearance on any Internet, television, or radio post or advertisement as DUBL’s sole property and winner will receive no further compensation relative to airing, broadcast, or rebroadcast of such performance. Further, by entering this Contest you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide the entry information, that it is accurate and complete, and that you understand and hereby authorize use of all or any part of such information for any purposes in connection with this Contest. Such use may include but is not limited to our marketing research and referrals.
Jurisdiction
These rules shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of Colorado, except where U.S. Federal law supersedes. Any legal action may only be brought in Douglas County, Colorado or the United States District Court, Colorado.

Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to DUBL Development, LLC., 9482 S. Garden Court, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. Attn: “Contest Winners” after January 21, 2020 but before February 6, 2020. No additional Personal Data will be provided other than the winner(s)’ Instagram user name(s).
